Which links are affiliate links
Every booking button labelled “Book this”, every availability widget and every tour card leads to GetYourGuide with this site’s partner reference attached. Links to other pages on this site, and links to the National Park Service, gomuirwoods.com, California State Parks or Marin Transit, are not affiliate links and earn nothing.
What it changes
It pays for the site. It does not decide what is written. The close-up pages state each tour’s limits: the small-group tour is not suitable for wheelchair users, the private Jeep tour excludes the entrance fee and children under 5, and no tour leaves time for a climbing hike. Many pages describe ways to visit that earn nothing: driving with a parking reservation, the shuttle, or hiking in on foot. The six tours are the six GetYourGuide sells that include Muir Woods; none was added or left out because of commission.
What this site does not print
No prices and no figures from traveller feedback appear on this site. Prices change by date and option, so the live widget on each page carries the current one. Traveller first names and themes on the close-up pages are taken from GetYourGuide as printed there. Tour operators are not named.
